Old Town is a Staten Island Railway local stop with two side platforms for the two-track line. These platforms each have orange railings, and very small sections of canopy with Orange and glass-block windscreens. On the St. George-bound platform there are shelters covering half the rear-most and half-the front most car. On the Tottenville-bound platform there is a tiny section of shelter at the southern end of the platform. These shelters are at the southern end of the where each platform has its only entrance, via a covered staircase from the northside of Old Town Road, between Railroad Avenue and Oregon Road.
