The ride of the 1 mile long Seattle Center Monorail between it's two terminals, begins by leaving the Seattle Center and turns onto 5th Avenue following its curve across the intersection with Denny Way and continues above 5 Avenue to the terminus at Westlake Center above Pine Street. The location of the guideway varies between being above the sidewalk to being in the middle of the Avenue.
