Holdom is an elevated Millennium Line. The stop consists of two side platforms with glass walls and an ached metal ceiling that covers the tracks as well (with no intermediate columns) except for 8 skylight-like openings. A single staircase/up escalator and elevator lead down to single fare control area almost at street level. From here five steps lead down to the actual street corner at the SW corner of Lougheed Highway and Holdom Avenue. A second step-free entrance leads to a low-rise transit oriented development right at the station.
