Prince’s Bay is a Staten Island Railway station, located in an open cut depressed below nearby streets. The station’s two side platforms begin just east of the of the overpass of Seguine Avenue, where the main platform staircases are, and only entrance staircase down to the Tottenville-bound platform. These wend their way up to Seguine Avenue (which provides the only change of direction pathway between the platforms) via a couple of intermediate landings. These are both covered by light blue metal work holding up canopies. These lead down to small canopies along each platform. The St. George-bound platform has two smaller canopies both near this end of the station with a small gap between them. The Tottenville platform has one single canopy connected to this staircase that is slightly longer (about a train car length).

The station also has a small free Park N Ride with 20 spaces located at the end of Holton Avenue, a single staircase leads down to the northern end of the St. George-bound platform.
