Prospect Park(-Moore) is a stop on the four-track wide Northeast Corridor with two side low-level platforms for the two-track line. These platforms begin just east of the underpass of Lincoln Avenue that provides the pedestrian connection between the two platforms. The connections aren't staircases directly to the east sidewalk of this street but the sidewalk meanders via a set of three staircases down from the Delaware-bound platform to Lincoln Avenue with a path forming a ramp from the Philadelphia-bound platform going all the way back to the corner of Maryland Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.
The Philadelphia-bound platform contains a historic stone station house, who's eves extend to create a canopy structure held up by green supports that covers about two car lengths of the platform. Inside is a ticket office, open during weekday mornings and a waiting room. Across from this the Delaware-bound platform has just a double-wide white domed bus shelter.
Both the depot and bus shelter lead out to parking lots at the same level as the platforms, with a total of 50 parking spaces combined from both platforms.
