Eastbound
Yamhill District is the last stop on Yamhill Street with trains curving north onto 1 Avenue just beyond the station and are joined by the westbound trains just beyond the station. The stop is located on a block between SW 1 and SW 2 Avenues totally closed to traffic with the tracks along the south sidewalk of the street with a platform on their northside in a plaza platform that takes up the rest of the block. This platform has a tactile warning strip along the platform edge along with a modern glass and steel canopy structure it has no benches but two TVMs beneath it. The stop's sister station is Morrison SW 3rd Avenue..
