Langara - 49th Avenue is a standard underground Canada Line Station with two side platforms and green elevator shafts that is located just beneath the surface of the street meaning there is only an entrance along the Waterfront-bound platform. To reach the YVR Airport/Richmond-bound platform an underpass is used, this has both a combined staircase/up escalator and elevator up to each of the platforms. This entrance consists of a passageway where the TVMs are that lead to a combined up escalator/staircase up and an elevator to a large free standing glass and metal entrance structure at the NE corner of Cambie Street and 49th Avenue.
