Jefferson/USC is an Expo Line Station nestled between the west side of Flower Street and the east side of The Harbor Freeway (I-110) that Jefferson Blvd has an underpass under next to the station. The stop has two side platforms that are across from each other that begin along the northern sidewalk of Jefferson Blvd and run north, ending at emergency exit staircases across from T-Intersection of Flower and 33 Streets. The entrances to the side platforms are the normal ramps. The location of the TVMs for each platform varies: Los Angeles-bound the flat section is for them is at the bottom of the ramp Culver City-bound is the opposite, they're at the top of the ramp. The platforms have the normal aqua colored expo line support beams. Artwork is on the usual panels and is Urban Dualities that have various images on the background of a silhouette of a bicycle that try and tell a visual narrative.
