Annadale is a Staten Island Railway station with 2 side platforms located in an open-cut with vegetation along both platforms. These platforms each begin with a staircase at their northeastern ends, down from the station’s main entrance with a brick station house above the tracks on the west side of Annadale Road. The two staircases are each accessed through a small passageway on each side of the brick station house. The status of the waiting room every being open is unknown. These staircases lead down to a short section of canopy with light, orange-painted supports, and glass-block style windscreens.
There is an additional section of canopy, towards the middle of each platform. Here there is an entrance down from Belfield Avenue, only from the north side of the tracks. Here a short staircase leads down to the Tottenville-bound platform, adjacent to it a short staircase up to a pedestrian bridge across the tracks to a staircase down to the St. George-bound platform. The bridge and both staircases are covered by canopies in the same style as the rest of the station.
Towards the southern end of the St. George-bound platform is a final, fully exposed staircase. This leads up to a large Park N Ride lot with approximately 75 spaces and a single entrance from where Tenafly Avenue curves onto Railroad Street.
