Park Street (Under) is the red line subway station and is designed for the high occupancy of passengers that use it with three platforms for the two-track line with all trains opening their doors on both sides. Access to the platforms is exclusively from the eastern end where the transfer to the green line is via staircases up to its three platforms that lead directly to station exits, along with the Winter Street Concourse meaning passengers can walk between this station and the next one, Downtown Crossing within fare control!
