Magic Realism in Kingsbridge, 2008, Faceted Glass

Two stained glass panels line each platform at Kingsbridge near the station house. These depict images of whimsical streetscapes including boats (one with a palm tree on it) along the Hudson River, buildings, birds and rooftops, bridges include a nighttime scene, and an image of a park, probably designed to represent nearby Van Cortlandt Park.
