This artwork is an immersive installation around the new elevator entrance from 3rd Avenue. On the surface at the escalator entrance is mosaic images of the destruction of the 3rd Avenue El, including cranes taking the structure down. The mezzanine contains black and white mosaics of people from the El's destruction era. Along the platform elevator landings are laminated glass images of vintage scenes of the neighborhood including the Third Avenue El.
