Graham Avenue is a simple two side platform Canarsie Line Station. Each platform is completely open with the only supports between the tracks. The station's trim is various shades of green with a golden/yellow border. The background of the name tablets are blue. Each platform has a single fare control area directly on the platform. There is no free transfer between trains in opposite directions. Each exit has two staircases, from the Brooklyn-bound platform to the SW and SE corners, Manhattan-bound platform NE and NW corners, up the intersection of Graham Avenue and Metropolitan Avenue. The token booth as of 2008 on the Brooklyn-bound side was an information only, nothing sold, burgundy painted one. This token booth was closed and removed in 2011, leaving unstaffed turnstiles. The exits are at the fifth car from the front of the train on Brooklyn-bound trains and the third car from the front on Manhattan-bound trains.
